Changing Download Location in Google Chrome

When you download or save a file or image on your computer, the file will be saved in your default download location. By default it is C:\Users\Downloads, however you can choose a location on your computer where downloads should be saved by default. It is better to make your download folder in any derive other than C.

To change your default download folder follow the given steps: 
1- Press the three vertical dots appear on the top right on Google Chrome screen.

2- Now go to Settings.

3- Scroll down until you see The Advanced option. Click the Advanced drop down button.


4- Scroll down until you see The Downloads Location option. Click on Change. 

5- Select your desired folder and press OK.



6- The download location has been changed. Now all your downloads will be saved in the selected folder.
