Changing Download Location in Google Chrome

When you download or save a file or image on your computer, the file will be saved in your default download location. By default it is C:\Users\Downloads, however you can choose a location on your computer where downloads should be saved by default. It is better to make your download folder in any derive other than C.

To change your default download folder follow the given steps: 
1- Press the three vertical dots appear on the top right on Google Chrome screen.

2- Now go to Settings.

3- Scroll down until you see The Advanced option. Click the Advanced drop down button.

4- Scroll down until you see The Downloads Location option. Click on Change. 

5- Select your desired folder and press OK.

6- The download location has been changed. Now all your downloads will be saved in the selected folder.

Uninstalling ArcGIS Desktop

Before you install a latest or older version of ArcGIS Desktop in your computer, it is necessary to uninstall the current installed version of ArcGIS Desktop from your computer. To uninstall ArcGIS Desktop follow the below instructions:

1- Go to control panel
2- Click on uninstall a program

3- Select ArcGIS 10.1 license Manager. Click uninstall/Change

4- Select Remove then press Next.

5- Press Next

6- Select ArcGIS 10.1 for Desktop. Click uninstall/Change
7- Select Remove then press Next

8- Now go to C derive and delete folder Python27
9- Now go to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete ArcGIS folder
10- Now you may install another version of ArcGIS Desktop.

4- Rereading licenses using ArcGIS License Server Administrator -10.1 

• Go to Windows Start Menu. Click the AcrGIS folder. Right click the ArcGIS License Server Administrator and Run as Administrator.

• You will be asked Do You want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Select Yes
• ArcGIS License Server Administrator-10.1 window will appear Click on Start/Stop License Service
• Check the license server status. It would be "Not running"
• Click on Start button

• Check the license server status. Now it should be "Running"
• Click on Re-read Licenses

• Close this window and move towards step 5

5- Selecting product and defining license manager 

• Go to Windows Start Menu. Click the AcrGIS folder. Right click the ArcGIS Administrator and Run as Administrator.

• You will be asked Do You want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Select Yes
• ArcGIS Administrator Wizard will open. In select a product, check the Advanced (ArcInfo) Concurrent Use radio button
• In Define a License Manager for Concurrent Use products, check the Define a License  Manager now radio button and type 27000@localhost

• Press OK
• A new window will appear on screen.

• Click on Availability and see all the licenses are now available. 

• Go to Windows Start Menu. Click the AcrGIS folder. Double click ArcMap 10.1/ ArcCatalog 10.1/ArcGlobe 10.1/ArcScene 10.1

2- ArcGIS 10.1 License Manager Setup installation

• Go ArcGIS 10.1 Crack -> License Manager (Pre-Release version) -> License Manager (Pre-Release version) folder
•  Run setup (Windows Installer)

• You will be asked Do You want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Select Yes
• ArcGIS 10.1 License Manager Setup window will be open. Press Next.

• Check the I accept license agreement radio button and press next.

• Check the installation folder path. By default License 10.1 folder is created in C derive. However you can change it by browsing to the desired folder. Note: It is recommended to install ArcGIS 10.1 in C derive
• Press Next

• Now begin next to start installation

• It won't take much time.

• After the successful installation of ArcGIS 10.1 License Manage, Press Finish.
• Second step of installation procedure is completed. Now lets move to step 3.

3- License file generation

• Go to ArcGIS 10.1 Crack -> AG_KG folder then run KeyGen

• ArcGIS KeyGen window will appear. From Feature drop down menu select ARC/INFO

• Now manually  type 10.1 in version box

• Now press Add button

• Now press All button

• Copy all the text from START_LICENSE to END_LICENSE

• Create a notepad file on your desktop. Name it service. Open it and paste all the copied text in it. Save it.

• Copy this service (notepad) file and paste it in this path C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\License10.1\bin

• Now we have successfully generated and pasted license file in the bin folder. Now lets move to step 4.

• Run (Double click on) the ESRI Application present in ArcGIS_Desktop_101_full folder

• Press Next.

• During ArcGIS Desktop installation Python will also be installed. Check the destination folder by default it is in C derive. However you can change it by browsing to the desired folder. Note: It is recommended to install it in C derive. 
• Press Next.
